With a focus on soil health and plant selection, Home Front Gardens strives to grow beautiful and maintainable outdoor spaces through sustainable gardening practices. That first spade of flipped soil reveals a lot about the growing conditions in a garden. From there, I can pair good soil care and mulching with plant selection to grow healthy, productive gardens.

Maintenance services include design, planting, pruning, weeding, edging, mulching, and improving soil fertility. I am fully insured and a Vermont Ag Extension Certified Master Gardener.

I have a special soft spot for gardens in need of rejuvenation to make them sparkle again. Plants want to grow, and it never ceases to amaze me just how quickly gardens turn wild without the loving (and willful) guidance of persistent care. I am pleased to provide just that service, whether here and there on specific areas of your gardens, or consistently through the growing season.
